Established in 2015, our journey is deeply rooted in a legacy of excellence initiated by our founder, Mr. Banwari Lal, who laid the groundwork with the establishment of Choudhary Tourists Company in 1984. Evolving with the dynamic aviation landscape, we transitioned into Choudhary Aviation Facilities Pvt. Ltd., becoming a proud member of the Aviation Suppliers Association (ASA). Achievements/Milestones
- 2012: Successfully provided technical, legal, and commercial consultancy to MDLR Airlines for the sale of three aircraft. This included converting one aircraft from passenger to cargo configuration, making another serviceable for sale, and dismantling the third for parts, all completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
- 2013: Facilitated the purchase and subsequent sale of two H-155 helicopters from Kingfisher to a Dubai-based company, showcasing our capability in international transactions.
- 2013: Delivered comprehensive legal, technical, and commercial consultancy for the sale of Kingfisher BBJ aircraft, ensuring compliance and maximizing value.
- 2016: Acquired an Airbus A320 from Air India, successfully selling it in part-out condition, demonstrating our expertise in asset management.
- 2015: Provided legal, technical, and commercial consultancy to Shaurya Airlines in Nepal for the purchase of four CRJ 200 engines, assisting in the establishment of the airline and its inventory management, all completed on time with high customer satisfaction.
- 2023: Supported Viman Airways in obtaining a non-schedule operator permit and facilitated the purchase of a Hawker 850 aircraft. Additionally, provided commercial consultancy to UY Aviation in Mumbai for the sale of another Hawker 850.
- 2021-2024: Ongoing provision of technical manpower to AIESL engineering, enhancing their operational capabilities.
- 2021: Successfully purchased two aircraft—Falcon 2000 and Challenger 300—now recognized as valuable company assets.
- 2023-2024: Achieved NOC from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and DGCA for the non-schedule operator permit, marking a significant regulatory milestone for our operations.
